The Beginning

In 2005, a small floral studio was established in a charming backyard cottage. Over two decades, it has blossomed into Flowers at 38, a premier floral event company. Since rebranding in 2022, Flowers at 38 has become a go-to source for exquisite, full-service floral design, across the Washington, DC metropolitan area and beyond.
